As the wax melts away, a message will appear behind the candle label.
The first time you light your candle, it will take about 2 hours.
Every time after this, it should only take 1 hour.
How long does it take for the message to appear?Your first burn should take 2 hours to reveal the first line of your message. Every hour after this should reveal one more line until you get to the end of the message.
We recommend burning your candle for about 2-4 hours each time for best results.
This will give you about 20 hours of burn time.
How long can the message be?175 characters! That’s just enough space to deliver a message with serious heart. If you’re stuck on what to say, check out the 'Words' tab when ordering your candle. We've left you a few examples and some helpful tips!
Can I send a candle without a message?Of course! But we’d really encourage you to leave a message so your special human gets all the extra warm and fuzzy feelings when they light their candle.

Shipping and returns
More info.We need 1-2 days to have your candle ready for delivery. Shipping takes between 3-7 days. On average, they're taking between 3-4 days to arrive.

Express isn't quite express right now so we're just offering standard shipping to avoid disappointment!
Unfortunately we are unable to take responsibility for any delayed or late orders. You will be able to keep an eye on your delivery when we provide you with tracking details the moment we've posted your gift.

No matter where you are, or where you're sending candles within Australia you can feel free to send as many love notes as you like without worrying about hefty shipping costs!
