Changes to your order
Due to the personalised nature of our gifts, any changes to orders should be requested as soon as possible as it takes time to make changes once we have created your gift. Send an email to myorder@evryword.com.au about any changes.

Once an order is shipped, no changes can be made. Acceptable changes include typos, purchaser's billing information, shipping information or edits to your message. We cannot accept change of mind or receivers of the gift not liking the scent. 

Cancellations
Cancellations must be made by 12pm the day after the order is placed. Cancellations can be made by emailing myorder@evryword.com.au. Cancellations on time will be processed with a full refund. Any cancellation requests received after the cut off may not be accepted and the order may be filled, if we have already started preparing the order.

If a cancellation request is received after the cut off and we have not started preparing the order, we will offer a store credit for the value of the order or the opportunity to order an item of a similar value to the cancelled order. We reserve the right to cancel an order for reasons including but not limited to: 

  • the intended message is inappropriate, offensive, or not aligned with our values
  • candle chosen is not available;
  • payment has not been or cannot be processed successfully;
  • we suspect an order is made for commercial purposes;
  • there is the possibility of fraud;
  • there is an error in the price of the product

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If there are difficulties revealing the message, refer to our FAQs or The Candle page for our suggested fixes. If you need extra help, send an email to myorder@evryword.com.au with a photo of the issue and we'll help you out as best we can. 

Mistakes
If we receive notification that an incorrect message has been delivered to your intended recipient we will replace the candle as soon as possible. If the incorrect message was caused by our mistake, we will replace the candle at our cost.

Email us at myorder@evryword.com.au if you believe the message you have received is meant for someone else. We will arrange for a replacement as soon as possible.
