Shipping policy

We need 1-2 days to personalise your candle and have it ready for delivery. We will always try and get your gift out as soon as possible.

Shipping is a flat rate of $8.95 AUD.

Note: We currently only deliver within Australia.

You will receive tracking details via email once your order has been shipped.

Incorrect shipping details
We trust that you check that you have provided us with the correct shipping details when placing your order. We are unable to take responsibility or provide refunds for orders that arrive as a result of an incorrect shipping address. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot accept responsibility for any lost packages. If we are unable to deliver to an incorrect or incomplete address and the order is returned to evry.word, we can redeliver but the customer will be responsible for all associated delivery fees.

Apartment buildings
Gifts that are delivered to an apartment or unit address might sometimes result in arriving late, going missing or being returned to evry.word. 

If the recipient is not home and the courier cannot gain access to the building to leave the gift in a safe place the gift will be deemed ‘undeliverable’ and either be (i) re-directed to a local post office for collection by the intended recipient or (ii) returned to evry.word where the purchaser will incur any additional costs associated with redelivery. 

If the gift has been re-directed to a local post office or Sendle hub location, an email will be sent to the purchaser to inform the recipient of where to go to collect their gift.
